This Privacy Policy explains how Elena Frolova, an individual entrepreneur (“Elena Frolova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit the website on which this Privacy Policy is posted (the “Site”) and use the free birth-date talent calculator available on the Site (the “Calculator”).
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We CollectInformation entered into the Calculator
The Calculator asks you to enter your date of birth, but it uses only your birth month to generate a result.
The Calculator processes the date you enter locally in your browser. The Calculator code does not send your date of birth to us and does not store it.
What the Calculator Page Does Not Do
The Calculator page:
  • does not use forms to submit your date of birth, Calculator input, or Calculator result to us;
  • does not accept or process payments;
  • does not require or create a user account;
  • does not save your date of birth or Calculator result in a database, cookie, local browser storage, or user profile; and
  • does not send your date of birth or Calculator result to analytics providers, advertising platforms, social-media platforms, or other third parties.
The Calculator result is displayed only in your current browser session. If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy before using Calculator information in a new way.
If you separately send us your date of birth by email, direct message, or another communication channel, that information is not covered by the Calculator's local-processing feature and may be retained as part of your communication with us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, the Site and its service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:
  • your IP address;
  • browser type and version;
  • device type and operating system;
  • approximate location derived from your IP address;
  • date and time of your visit;
  • pages viewed and actions taken on the Site;
  • the page, social-media post, advertisement, or link that referred you to the Site; and
  • cookie identifiers and similar technical information.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, social-media username, and any information you include in your message.
Please do not send us passwords, full payment card numbers, government identification documents, health information, or other sensitive information through the Site or by email.
2. How We Use Information

  • provide the Calculator and display your requested result;
  • understand how visitors find and use the Site;

The Calculator result is provided for personal insight and self-reflection. We do not use Calculator results to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or any other matter that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, traffic analysis, campaign measurement, and advertising attribution.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work correctly if you disable all cookies.
The Site does not currently respond to legacy Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting those signals.

The date entered into the Calculator is not retained by the Calculator.
Technical information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, security, troubleshooting, and the operation of the Site, subject to the settings and retention periods of the service providers we use.
If you contact us directly, we may keep your message and contact details for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and protect our legal rights.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information handled through the Site. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:

  • provide access to certain personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete certain personal information; or

8. Children's Privacy
The Site and Calculator are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact el.vechkanova@yandex.ru, and we will review and delete the information when required by law.
9. International Processing
We and our service providers may process technical or contact information outside the United States, including in the country where we operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your state or country.
The date you enter into the Calculator is processed locally in your browser and is not transferred internationally by the Calculator code.
10. Changes and Contact Information
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Site, technologies, or privacy practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
